拥有近20年酒店从业经历，张莉女士深谙奢华酒店品牌精髓，具备丰富的专业知识及卓越的运营管理能力, 曾就职于希尔顿、洲际、万豪等国际酒店品牌。此次履新前，张莉女士担任上海新天地安达仕酒店行政助理一职，并在此前担任酒店市场销售总监，以其卓越的市场洞察力、收益管理上的前瞻思维以及对品牌建设的创新理念，带领销售团队获得瞩目成绩，得到酒店业主方和管理集团的认可。

Helen has 20 years of experience in hospitality industry and has been working in operations and sales role in luxury brands of International hospitality group such as Hilton, Marriott, Intercontinental and Hyatt. Before this announcement, she has served as Hotel Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing, where she led her management team to make great achievements in market planning and business performance with her excellent market insights, forward-looking thought in revenue management and innovative marketing tactics.
