近日，【酒店报导.CN】有幸对上海三甲港绿地暇咖岛综合体总经理刘伟谦先生（William Lau），进行了一次特别专访，双方进行了轻松愉悦的交流和访谈，也让我们对上海三甲港绿地暇咖岛综合体和刘伟谦总经理有了更加全面和深入地了解。

【酒店报导.CN】：在您所工作和生活过的城市里面，印象最深刻的是哪两个城市？

Among the cities you have worked and lived in, which two cities impressed you most?

刘总：我是香港人，90年代在广州工作的时候感觉还没有那么发达，后来去了越南，从越南工作之后再回到国内无锡和江浙一带几个城市，发现10年后国内城市发生了翻天覆地的变化，发展迅速，那时强烈的对比令我印象深刻。

I am from Hong Kong. When I worked in Guangzhou in the 1990s, I felt that the city was not so developed. Later, I went to Vietnam. After finishing working in Vietnam, I came back to Wuxi and several cities in Jiangsu and Zhejiang Provinces. I found that cities of China have undergone tremendous changes and rapid development during 10 years, and the strong contrast at that time deeply impressed me.

【酒店报导.CN】: 您认为上海三甲港绿地暇咖岛综合体最大的特色是什么？

What do you think about the biggest feature of the complex at Shakaland Shanghai Sanjiagang?

刘总：上海在很多人眼里是非常现代化的国际都市，有很多高楼大厦，但是能看到海的地方很罕见，从我的角度看，来暇咖岛第一个非常不同的感觉就是原来上海的海边是这样子的，它临海的地理位置优势和生态是最独特的特色之一。
As many people may think, Shanghai is one of the most modern international cities in China, with many skyscrapers, but it is very rare get a view of the sea. From my point of view, the first feeling when I come to Shakaland is that the seaside of Shanghai is scenic, and its geographical advantages and ecology along the seafront are one of the most unique characteristics.

【酒店报导.CN】: 在您的职业生涯当中，所面临过的最富挑战性的工作是什么？

What is the most challenging job you have ever during your career path?

刘总：富有挑战性的工作往往也伴随着责任和成就感。我在过去的十几年也很有幸接待了不少国家首领及VIP，包括马来西亚总理，美国的国务卿等。到了暇咖岛说我们也有机会，刚刚接待过一位总理，他们从北京到上海休憩然后回国。这类的接待工作不论从安保、食品安全、服务细节等等都有极高的标准，我们对自己也有非常高的自我要求，会做到高度严谨，一丝不苟，不能出半点差错。这样的接待是对我们服务水平的考验和挑战，也是宝贵的经验积累和满满的荣誉。
Challenging work usually comes with responsibility and a strong sense of accomplishment. Over the past decade, I have had the pleasure of hosting many state leaders and VIPs, including the Prime Minister of Malaysia and Secretary of the United States. At Shakaland we have just serviced a Prime minister whom traveled from Beijing to Shanghai for a brief stayover and then return home. The detail of reception work related to the security, food safety, service process specification and so on must meet extremely high reliability and meticulously high standards, there leaves no room for error. It is a test and challenge to our team for service delivery, yet it is also valuable experience accumulation and full of honor.

【酒店报导.CN】: 在您到任上海三甲港绿地暇咖岛综合体后，有没有什么令您印象深刻的事情？

Is there anything that impressed you most after you arrive at the complex of Shakaland Shanghai Sanjiagang?

刘总：我从去年11月份到现在任职以来，体会到暇咖岛的特别之处在于它会给人很开阔的感觉，让人完全的放松尽享闲暇。令我感受最深刻的是这里客群并不单一，而是具有丰富多样性。
Since I start to work here in November last year, I realized that the unique feature of Shakaland is that it offers our guests and colleagues a sense of openness, so that people can completely relax and enjoy leisure traveling time. What impressed me most is that the customer base here is multiple.

暇咖岛综合体的配套设施齐全，我们有舒适的客房、有餐饮、玩乐设施，也有大型会议设施，因此也使我们的客群非常丰富，从休闲度假、亲子、情侣、到商务会议、团建、婚宴等等，更是覆盖了全年龄段，客户的需求也有很大差异，我们需要按照不同的客群提供不同的服务。
We have cozy designed rooms, casual dining and play facilities, as well as an extensive range of conference facilities, our customer base is very abundant, from leisure vacation, parent-child, couples, to business meetings, corporate team building, wedding and all, it caters to all ages and customer needs while providing services to the specific customer groups.

【酒店报导.CN】: 在接下来的工作当中，有没有哪些侧重点或者是优先考虑的市场策略？

Moving forward, have you established any key and priority marketing strategies?

刘总：从市场宣传层面，我们希望能让更多的本地客人知道暇咖岛，了解到在自己的家乡有这样一个海边的度假目的地，以及我们丰富的休闲娱乐设施。其次我们也将着力拓展周边乃至全国的旅游客群。
From the awareness level, we hope to let more local guests know about Shakaland, and realize that there is such a seaside holiday destination in their hometown with many leisure and entertainment offering. Secondly, we will also focus on expanding the tourist base nationwide.

我们也有特别的一些配套设备设施，包括一个大型的会议中心,可以承接一些企业他们来上海组建一些商业的活动。
Our meeting and conference infrastructure is ideal for out-of-town corporation to host and organize full scale events.

【酒店报导.CN】: 日常工作之外，您有什么个人的兴趣爱好？

Could you share with our readers your personal hobbies?

刘总：我最喜欢晨跑。我每天五点多起床开始晨跑。跑步时我看到季节的变化，感受到海风也很有意思的。我不管是休假还是上班，我都跑步。对我来说是一种放松也是一种保持清醒的方法。
I like running in the morning. I get up at five o ‘clock every morning and start the run. While running, I can see the change of seasons and feel the sea breeze. Whether I’m on vacation or at work, I keep up with this form of exercise. It’s a good way to relax and stay on my feet.

我看到也有其他人在外面跑步，其实也通过这个场景能看到他们对待生活的态度及工作的态度。每个人早起之后会去做什么都有自己不同的看法，所以对我来说也是一种启发。
It is also inspiring to see other runners who keep up with the discipline, it reflects on your attitude towards life and work.
